Refund policy
We have a 4 week return policy, which means you have 4 weeks after receiving your item to put in a request for a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt/order number for proof of purchase.
In order to begin a refund claim, you must first contact us at ovaadosecustomerservice@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered on our expense. If the issue at hand was not presented on our end, then you will be held responsible for covering all shipping costs to have items re-shipped back to you.Â
In order for both parties to do their best in limiting any shipping errors, please just double check to make sure that when you reach check out that you not only have the correct item that you chose, but also make sure that everything is spelled and entered correctly for the shipping address. Taking a little bit of extra time to do these things will help both sides tremendously.Â
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer buyer's remorse nor approve refunds due to ordering the incorrect size. We are only responsible for exchanging defective or damaged items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or rejected. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
